Mission
The Human Resources Department of South Monterey County Joint Union High School District recruits, retains and services the best qualified and capable people in the most fair, effective and efficient manner possible; promotes the value of diversity in the work place; ensures a diverse workforce that is able to perform at the highest levels in a safe and discrimination/harassment free environment. The Human Resources Department provides a full range of personnel and safety services in support of all other district departments and their functions in promoting student achievement and treats all employees with dignity and equality while maintaining compliance with negotiated agreements, employment and labor laws.
